However, we keep a touch of the cutting edge of cooking, being open to the world cooking and pastry.

The adventure began because of a desire of freedom to be creative, the love of well done work and to give to our customers skills learned from years working in the food service industry

We aggregate under one roof the union of fine French cuisine, from quite simple meal to gastronomic menus, of an artisanal chocolate factory and of a delicatessen.

We are two Europeans always looking for something new and different flavors. Years of experiment and gastronomic passion have made us eternal seeker, envious to share this with you.
